By accessing or interacting with the MENN website (accessible at https://mennhq.vercel.app/), associated API endpoints, developer documentation, or Model Context Protocol tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, your permission to use the platform is terminated.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All original digital software products, interface designs, vector typography, motion graphics, code snippets, documentation, and branding elements published under the MENN, Menn Maestro, and MennHq monikers are the exclusive intellectual property of Abdullah Harun. No assets may be redistributed, mirrored, sold, or claimed without prior written authorization.

3. Acceptable Use & Automated Agents

Legitimate AI agents, LLMs, and search indexing tools are authorized to access public resources (including /llms.txt, /openapi.json, /.well-known/mcp, and /docs) in accordance with published rate limits. Attempting to launch denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineer non-public server logic, or inject malicious payloads is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All showcases, previews, and downloads are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. MENN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or third-party links.
